Kindermusik®

Kindermusik® classes for infants through 7 years are available through the Community School of the Arts. Besides music activities, children who participate in these classes will learn social skills, coordination, and grow in self-esteem.

We offer experienced and licensed Kindermusik® instruction for these classes, which vary in length and tuition cost. All courses run for 15-week semesters, meeting once each week. In addition to tuition, a materials fee is required for each course.

An added benefit to all CSA students and immediate family members is the arrangement with the Music Center for admission to many Music Center concerts. Concerts that qualify for this benefit are regularly posted in the Announcements.

Fall 2008 Kindermusik courses and schedule are listed below.

Kindermusik® Village for newborn to 18 months.
Length of lesson: 45 minutes
Tuition: $80
Materials fee: $35/20 sibling
Tuesdays (8 weeks): 9:30-10:15 a.m.
Kindermusik® Our Time for ages 18 months to 3 years.
Length of lesson: 45 minutes
Tuition: $150
Materials fee: $57/40 sibling
Tuesdays (15 weeks): 10:30-11:15 a.m., 6:30-7:15 p.m.

Kindermusik® Imagine That for ages 3-5 years.
Length of lesson: 45 minutes
Tuition: $150
Materials fee: $62/40 sibling
Tuesdays (15 weeks): 11:30-12:15 p.m., 5:30-6:15 p.m.

Kindermusik® Young Child 1 & 3 for ages 4 1/2-7 years.
Length of lesson: one hour
Tuition: $180
Materials fee: $75/ask instructor for sibling kit pricing
Thursdays (15 weeks): 4:30-5:30 p.m. (YC1), Tuesdays (15 weeks): 4:15-5:15 p.m. (YC3)

Sibling kits are available at a discounted materials cost for families with more than one child in the same Kindermusik course. Contact the Community School of the Arts for more information.
