2009-2010 Performing Arts Series
The Performing Arts Series is pleased to once again offer an extraordinary lineup for the coming season, with performers who have amassed a total of more than 30 Grammy® Awards! From Béla Fleck – the premier banjo player of the world, to the Chieftains of Irish music fame, to the standard-setting Juilliard String Quartet and the other outstanding performers, be prepared for an artist series like no other right here in Elkhart County!
Series: 4 Events + Green & Gold Option
This year’s regular Series Season Ticket again includes 6 concerts. Four performances are set for each season ticket, but you choose the additional two performances, one each from two pairs of contrasting shows. Of course, you can add one or both of the remaining shows to your personalized season package, too, for a 7- or 8-concert package if you wish.
Typically, the series sells out early, so we suggest submitting your orders as soon as possible for the best chance of getting a seat. We are pleased to offer all series packages at last year’s prices! In addition, this year’s series packages reflect a 15% discount over individually priced tickets.

El Ritmo de la Vida, Doc’s new trio with guitarist Gil Gutierrez and violinist Pedro Cartas, presents a spectacular concert that features traditional Spanish music with a jazz flair.

Founded in 1984, these young singers are selected from among the most needy families of Africa to perform throughout the world, raising awareness of the plight of African children. From a recent review in The Scotsman: "These are talented kids but not so overly drilled that they have lost their raw charm or sense of excitement... In fact, it's difficult to say who is having more fun – the choir or the audience!"
